A processing tip and a fabrication method thereof are provided to easily adjust spacing between super-abrasive particles by adjusting the thickness of a metal powder coating layer with respect to diamond particles. A method for fabricating a processing tip(20), includes a step of forming a tip preform by attaching super-abrasive particle groups(21,22,23) onto a base member, and a step of arranging the tip preform onto a form(18) for providing a processing tip and sintering the resultant structure. The processing tip includes a main body fixed on a machining device, and convex-concave super-abrasive particle groups having zigzag structures sintered on the main body.
