A side air bag holder for a vehicle is provided to allow a cut portion to be easily torn upon deployment of a side air bag and a cushion to be smoothly deployed. A side air bag holder includes a bracket(310) and a main body(320). The bracket has two support plates(311a,311b) arranged symmetrically with each other and a bent portion(312) interposed between the support plates. The bracket has mounting holes(314) formed on the support plates. The main body includes a restriction plate(321) for restricting a side air bag housing; a plurality of restriction members(323) extended downward from one side of the restriction plate such that the restriction members cover the side air bag housing; a hook portion extended from ends of the restriction members; and a joint portion(326) which is bent from the other side of the restriction plate and allows the bracket to be fitted to the joint portion.
