A high resolution MR(Magnetic Resonance) system including a planar RF(Radio Frequency) coil and a planar gradient coil is provided to research a minute anatomic structure of each skin layer by directly measuring the moisture content of a stratum corneum. A high resolution MR system including a planar RF coil and a planar gradient coil includes a main magnet, an RF coil, and a gradient coil. The RF coil consists of a planar type Tx coil with a ring structure, and an Rx coil placed at a predetermined position from the center of the Tx coil. A sample receiving unit is placed between the Tx coil and the Rx coil. The gradient coil is a multi-layer planar coil composed of X gradient, Y gradient, and Z gradient patterns.
