An electrostatic discharge structure for a key button is provided to previously block circuits in a device from being damaged by an external static electricity and easily discharging external static electricity without additional device. Conductive materials(114,115) are employed inside a case frame(113) of a device having a key button(10). The conductive materials(114,115) are electrically connected to a grounding module in the device. The key button(10) is adjacent to the conductive materials(114,115), so that static electricity charged on the key button(10) is grounded to the grounding module. At least one needle having(12) an acute end portion is formed at a portion adjacent to the conductive material(114) of the key button(10) such that charges of the key button(10) are easily applied to the conductive material(114).
