#CMT# #/CMT# The trap has a frame (1) delimiting an opening between a front face and a rear face (7). A panel (3) is articulated in an upper part of the frame to pivot from a position where the panel is supported through its periphery on the rear face of the frame by being spaced from the rear face by pivoting towards height around an axis (4). A control unit (8) controls pivoting of the panel with respect to the trap. The frame is constituted of a plate (12) at its lower part for guiding bags through the trap. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for accessing a garbage chute system (claimed) that is utilized for guiding humid waste, garbage bags and packages in a residential building. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The trap presents the opening of dimension to allow passage of commonly used wastage bags, and can be easily mounted to slide the bags while avoiding brutal falling for avoiding wedging of fingers or hands of users.
