<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmitting device capable of reducing the size and cost, and usable even for high speed rotation, in the rotation transmitting device for supporting a rotor of an electromagnetic clutch for controlling a two-way clutch by a rotor guide. <P>SOLUTION: The two-way clutch 10 is incorporated between an input shaft 3 and an outer ring 4 arranged on its outside. The electromagnetic clutch 30 for controlling engagement and engagement release of the two-way clutch 10 is incorporated into the rotor guide 20 connected to an end part of the outer ring 4. The rotor guide 20 supporting the rotor 32 of its electromagnetic clutch 30 is prevented from rotation by engagement of a projection part 23 arranged on its end part inner periphery and a cutout part 22 arranged on an end surface of the outer ring 4. A retaining ring 25 is installed over an engaging groove 21 formed on the end part inner periphery of the outer ring 4 and a slipping-out preventive groove 24 arranged on an inner diameter surface of the projection part 23. The rotor guide 20 is prevented from slipping out by its retaining ring 25, and a diameter and cost of the outer ring 4 are reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
