<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an embodiment of components of a take-up structure of a belt take-up device and the cooperative operation of the components, and to enhance the stability and permanent reliability of the device by simple manufacturing and assembling methods. <P>SOLUTION: An axial notch 4 extending in parallel with an axis of a reel 1 is formed on the jacket surface 2 of the reel 1. On the reel 1 to which a belt 30 is joined, a reinforcement element 20 striding the axial notch 4 is arranged. The axial notch 4 extending in parallel with the reel axis is formed on the jacket surface 2 of the reel 1 and the belt 30 is mounted to the reel 1. The belt take-up structure is provided with a mounting pin 20 mounted on the reel 1 so as to stride the axial notch 4, extending to the lateral width direction with respect to the traveling direction of the belt 30, arranged in the axial notch 4 formed on the reel 1, and including, at both ends, holding arms 22 which have hooks at tips and arranged on the peripheral face of the reel 1.
