PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and an information processing program for easily generating and distributing content obtained by combining a plurality of images or character strings. SOLUTION: A template management database 30 stores a template defining the reproduction rule of a registration image PIC and a registration character string T registered through a registration UI32. The registration UI32 reads the template from the template management database 30, and makes a display part 20 display the parameters in a list, and accepts the selection of the template to be combined with the registered image PIC and character string T. Then, the registration UI32 makes the display part 20 display a registration screen for registering the registration image PIC and the registration character string T, and accepts registration. A reproduction rule generating part 34 generates a content by using the registered registration image PIC and registration character string T based on the reproduction rule defined by the selected template.
