PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP-made container constituting member excellent in weight reduction, strength characteristics, appearance or the like, and a light-weight container assembled by using it. SOLUTION: The FRP-made container constituting member is composed by integrally bonding and molding a frame composed of an FRP such as a prepreg, and an outer wall panel composed of a flexible plastic sheet, preferably a visible laminate cloth, and the outer wall panel may be reinforced by an FRP-made rod.
