PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment electrode pad, which makes the work need no others' help for many hours for discharging the potentials having entered a treated person's body during his treatment by applying the high-voltage potentials, boads no burden on the treated person himself and gives him no pains, etc. SOLUTION: The electrode pad is provided with a conductive electrode base material 2, one or more insulating sheets 3 covering the front and back of the electrode base material 2, an insulating cover sheet 4 for wholly covering the electrode base material 2 together with the insulating sheets 3, a gel sheet 5 installed on the surface of the cover sheet 4, and a protective sheet 6 adhering to the top face of the gel sheet 5. These arrangements can prevent the high-voltage potentials flowing into the electrode base material 2 from being discharged into air. The volume of potentials flowing into the electrode base materials 2 can be adjusted by changing the number of insulating sheets 3 used.
