摘要 <p>It is possible to perform routing while maintaining an optical signal without generating a wavelength overlap. A set wavelength output unit (13) outputs a set wavelength. An N<SUB>k</SUB> axis filter (11-k) receives an N<SUB>k</SUB> axis optical signal flowing through a ring of the N<SUB>k</SUB> axis direction and an N<SUB>k-1</SUB> axis optical signal branched and outputted in the local node, removes the wavelength identical to the N<SUB>k-1</SUB> axis optical signal from the N<SUB>k</SUB> axis optical signal, and performs a filter process of insertion of the wavelength of the N<SUB>k-1</SUB> axis optical signal. An N<SUB>k</SUB> axis branching unit (12-k) branches the N<SUB>k</SUB> axis optical signal into two parts, outputs one of the parts through the ring of the N<SUB>k</SUB> axis direction, and outputs the other part toward a confluence with the N<SUB>k+1</SUB> axis optical signal flowing through the ring of the N<SUB>k+1</SUB> axis direction within the local node if k < n and toward the wavelength separation destination if k = n. A wavelength separation filter (14) receives the N<SUB>k</SUB> axis optical signal outputted to the wavelength separation destination and separates an arbitrary wavelength. A light transmission medium (20) connects a plurality of light transmission nodes (10) into an n-dimensional torus network.</p>
