An information outputting device (100) is composed of a traffic congestion information acquiring section (101), a moving status acquiring section (102), an output control section (103), and an outputting section (104). The traffic congestion information acquiring section (101) acquires traffic congestion information relating to a rout whereupon a mobile body moves. The moving status acquiring section (102) acquires information relating to the moving status of the mobile body. The output control section (103) controls the traffic congestion information acquired by the traffic congestion information acquiring section (101), based on the information relating to the moving status acquired by the moving status acquiring section (102). The output section (104) outputs the traffic congestion information controlled by the output control section (103).
