A hygienic packing bag with detoxication and sterilization functions is provided to detoxicate and sterilize the contents by using charcoal emitting far infrared rays and anions and sterilizing silver. The hygienic packing bag with detoxication and sterilization functions is composed of a packing bag body(10) for containing the materials; a detoxicating plate(20) attached to the inner side of the packing bag body or a lid and made of charcoal to adsorb harmful components included in the packing bag body and supply anions and far infrared rays; and a sterilizing plate(30) disposed at the detoxicating plate and formed by applying, coating, attaching, or inserting nano silver with a sterilization function. Instead of the detoxicating plate, a mesh-type fine storage bag is attached to the inner side of the packing bag body or the lid by thermal bonding. At least one detoxicating material selected from charcoal, activated carbon, elvan, germanium stone, jade, and tourmaline stone is filled in the mesh-type fine storage bag.
