<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unexpected fluctuation of drive force and suppress overrotation of a motor when shift inhibition is removed. <P>SOLUTION: When a temperature of lubricant oil Toil is lower than a predetermined temperature Tref immediately after a system starts up, a value 1 is set in a shift inhibition flag F. When the temperature of the lubricant oil Toil becomes higher than the predetermined temperature Tref in a state that Lo-Hi shift of a transmission is inhibited (S120), the shift inhibition flag F is reset to a value 0 when a vehicle speed V is lower than a vehicle speed Vhi (S150), and the shift inhibition of the transmission is released.
