<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve playing skill based on recognized sound generation start timing by quantitatively and visually recognizing the sound generation start timing of a playing data. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 1 reads an event data of a song stored in a song memory of a RAM 4 according to keyboard playing, and converts the event data to a graphic data and displays its column graph on a display section 101.
