PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution battery which suppresses mechanical property deterioration in a separator, and especially suppresses deterioration in high temperature storage, when the voltage of an open circuit ranges from 4.25 V to 4.60 V with a pair of fully charged positive and negative electrodes. SOLUTION: This battery has an electrode 20 on which striped positive electrode 2 and negative electrode 3 have been wound via a separator 4 within the inside of a battery can 1.
