PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of easily changing the rotational speed and the torque, while suppressing increase in size. SOLUTION: In a DC motor 1A comprising a rotor 7 comprising a core 11 fixed to a shaft 9, a motor case 6 which houses a rotor 7, and a magnet 8 which encloses the core 11 in the motor case 6, there are also provided a first coil 15 and a second coil 16 wound on the single core 11, a rear-side commutator 21 which is fixed to the shaft 9 and connected to the first coil 15, a front-side commutator 18 which is fixed to the shaft 9 and connected to the second coil 16, a rear-side brush 23 that slides on the rear-side commutator 21, and a front-side brush 22 that slides on the front-side commutator 18.
