STATOR OF ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, SPLIT CORE FOR THAT STATOR, AND HOUSING FOR USE IN THAT STATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stator in which movement of the split core in the circumferential direction is prevented by an inexpensive and simple structure while allowing miaturization and high outputting. SOLUTION: A powder split core 12 is arranged in the housing 11 and T-shaped clamp pieces 15a and 15b above and below the housing 11 are fitted in the upper and lower recesses 14 of the back yoke 12b of each split core thus fixing the split core 12 to a tubular housing by means of both clamp pieces. The structure for preventing movement of the split core in the circumferential direction is simple and inexpensive. The powder core exhibiting good high frequency performance is suitable for small size high output and since it is normally made by molding, formation of a recess in the back yoke is facilitated. A jig is arranged in the annular split core 12 and a protrusion 17 is formed by extrusion through a cut parallel with the tubular housing 11 opposing the back yoke 12b. Inner surface of the split core 12 is butted against the jig 20 through extrusion of the protrusion 17 thus positioning the inner surface of the split core. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
