摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building constructed by a framework wall construction method, which can be economically designed by reducing an imbalance between horizontal forces borne by bearing walls with different length dimensions. SOLUTION: A borne-horizontal-force adjusting means is composed of an anchor bolt (joint member) 5 at the lower end of the long bearing wall 10A having yield shear strength set lower than that of the short bearing wall 10B, the lower end of the long upper-floor bearing wall 10A having yield shear strength set lower than that of the lower-floor bearing wall, and the lower end of the long bearing wall 10A having yield strength set lower than that of the anchor bolt (joint member) 5 at the lower end of the short bearing wall 10B. An increase in the horizontal force borne by the long bearing wall 10A can be suppressed by the borne-horizontal-force adjusting means. Thus, the imbalance between the horizontal forces borne by the bearing walls 10A and 10B with the different length dimensions can be reduced, and an economical design can be realized.
