PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified fluororesin composition excellent in abrasion resistance under high surface pressure and retaining excellent original characteristics of the fluororesin and to provide a molded product composed of the same. SOLUTION: The modified fluororesin composition comprises an organic polymer, a modified fluororesin obtained by irradiating an unmodified fluororesin with an ionizing radiation, a polyamide and a polyparaphenylenebenzobisoxazole.
