PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve low temperature tackiness and pasting properties of a tacky sheet to curved surfaces. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises a base material sheet and an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is formed by drying an adhesive-containing coating solution coated on the base material sheet. The adhesive-containing coating solution is prepared by adding a tackifier to an emulsion type adhesive. As the tackifier, an emulsion type tackifier comprising at least a rosin-based tackifier resin (a) having 150-180°C softening point and a tackifier resin (b) having≤100°C softening point and prepared by melting and mixing or dissolving and mixing the tackifier resins (a) and (b) in advance and dispersing the mixed resins in water is used.
