PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin bag whose mouth can be opened easily only by an action of pulling out the bag without wetting a finger so that use of a sponge or wet towel is eliminated. SOLUTION: A flat synthetic resin tube is used to form a flat cylindrical body 2 composed of two synthetic resin sheets 2a and 2b that are superposed each other. One end of the body 2 is sealed to make a bottom 3 while the other end of the body 2 is made into a mouth 4 to form the synthetic resin bag. Only the synthetic resin sheet 2a out of two synthetic resin sheets 2a and 2b forming the cylindrical body 2 is provided with a finger hooking hole 5 that is formed closer to the mouth 4.
