The device has a cover (3) that is pivotable around a longitudinal axis and a bearing arrangement for holding the cover in end-sided bearing areas. Bearing pins (15, 16) are provided with end-sided shank side-pieces (18, 19), where one of the side-pieces is formed with an end-sided latch (20). Bearing bushings (7, 8) include a pin retaining space (9) that extends in a direction of the longitudinal axis of the cover. One of the bearing pins is inserted by the latch until the engagement of an edge side of the bushings. The pins are formed at a bearing support (1) of the bearing arrangement.
