A method for managing a flash memory with a dynamic mapping table is provided to efficiently use a storage space of a memory, increase a data processing speed, and guarantee consistency of a system by dynamically generating the mapping table for each area of the flash memory in a use step without presetting the mapping table. Data stored in the flash memory and information required for generating the mapping table of the data are stored in real-time at the same time by each area(S10). When the data is operated, the dynamic mapping table is generated in a RAM of the system by using data mapping information(S20). Operation is performed by loading the needed data from the flash memory based on the dynamic mapping table(S30). The dynamic mapping table generated in the RAM and the data mapping information stored in each area of the flash memory are updated in real-time by using the data mapping information changed when the data is operated(S40).
