<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil inspection system that enables an inspection of a cassette coil alone and is excellent in manufacturing efficiency, and to provide a coil inspection method. <P>SOLUTION: The coil inspection system 100 has a bobbin holding jig 21, an insulation inspection device 31, a coil tank 4, and a data processing computer 5. The bobbin holding jig 21 is a component assembled to a winding device 2 and has an electrode function as an electrode in addition to a holding function for holding a coil bobbin. The bobbin holding jig 21 is electrically connected with the insulation inspection device 31. The bobbin holding jig 21 is shaped into the same shape as a cassette coil mounting part in a stator core into which a cassette coil is inserted. An insulation inspection to a coil is executed while the coil bobbin is being held by the bobbin holding jig 21, and a conductor wire is being wound in the coil inspection system 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
