PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daylighting device capable of letting in sunlight and reproducing it for illumination in a specific area. SOLUTION: The daylighting device letting in sunlight for utilization as illumination comprises a daylighting part 1, a light controlling part 2, and a light guide part 3. The daylighting part 1 is provided with a main reflecting plate 4 reflecting the sunlight in a given direction, the light controlling part 2 is provided with a light controlling mechanism 2a for controlling intensity of reflected light (sunlight) reflected at the main reflecting plate 4 as well as a color temperature controlling mechanism 2b for controlling color temperature (spectrum energy distribution) of the reflected light, and the light guide part 3 is provided with an irradiation angle controlling mechanism for re-reflecting the light with its intensity and color temperature controlled by the light controlling part 2 toward an object for illumination 10 at a given angle.
