PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet not only capable of corresponding to electrodes with minute center intervals by making them between conductive lines smaller, but capable of electrically contacting all electrode terminals even if there are height differences among the electrode terminals. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive sheet is equipped with an insulation sheet member 4 made of a material having an electric insulation property, and a plurality of the conductive lines 5 electrically insulated from each other, kept in the insulation sheet member 4, and extended from a front surface over to a rear surface of the insulation sheet member 4 with both ends in a status exposed to both surfaces of the insulation sheet member 4. The conductive lines 5 are structured by pillar carbon nanotube groups electrically insulated from each other as they are retained by the insulation sheet member 4 in a status in which their longitudinal direction is made to be nearly parallel with each other.
