PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driver easy to attach wires with enough precision, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: When attaching the case 2 to the base 1, the bottom surfaces 2f, 2i are laid on the base 1. Although the base 1 is not completely flat if it is made by pressing a plate, the bottom surfaces 2f, 2i can be attached flat on their two surfaces using their elastic deformations since their areas are rather comparatively small. In this state, a screw S is inserted into a large hole 2j and screwed to the threaded hole of the base 1.
