PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen of a projection system capable of reflecting a vivid image where moire is restrained, and to provide a back projection type display device equipped with the screen. SOLUTION: A cell lens surface 6 has a function equivalent to a circular Fresnel lens, because it is a lens whose convex lens surface for condensing projected light L and making it to parallel flux nearly perpendicular to a display surface is divided and flattened to continuous patterns by dividing devices 6c. Furthermore, the cell lens dividing devices 6c respectively have the same shape and are arranged in continuous patterns, so that the rate of the dividing device 6c is nearly the same in a pixel existing at any spot.
