PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking type lateral fillet propulsion human power ship capable of obtaining dynamic lateral stability as well as propulsion force by fluttering it by rocking a pair of symmetrical wings. SOLUTION: The rocking type lateral fillet propulsion human power ship is constituted by a water-tight type hull with small preliminary buoyancy; a pair of symmetrical wings mounted to both sides of the hull with a cathedral angle; and a pair of stepping part 3 provided at a position approximately width across shoulders on an upper part of the hull, at an approximately buoyancy center and in a left/right direction crossing the hull and repeatedly rocking it.
