PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably mount an on-vehicle equipment, and provide an on-vehicle equipment mounting structure having a structure for dispersing energy of a shock force when the shock force is applied, and using bracket members, some of which can be also used for other products. SOLUTION: A cylinder part 18 for caulking a round hole and a cylinder part 19 for a long hole are formed on a side plate member 12, and a round hole 20 and a long hole 21 are provided on a flange part 14 for jointing the side plate member. The cylinder part 18 for the round hole is inserted in the round hole 20 and caulked, and the cylinder part 19 for caulking the long hole is inserted in the long hole 21, and bent. A long hole terminal wall 21a on one end of the long hole 21 is caulked by a pressure-fit part 19b of a formed long hole pressure-fit ring-like part 19a. When a shock force F is applied to an audio equipment unit 2, pressure-fit of the long hole terminal wall 21a and the pressure fit part 19b is canceled, and the cylinder part 19 for the caulking the long hole inserted in the long hole 21 slides in the long hole 21, so as to absorb the energy of the shock force F.
