PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chuck device of a low-priced construction machine capable of surely fixing a shaft body to an output shaft and transferring large torque and large thrust from the output shaft. SOLUTION: The shaft body 19 composed of a pile, a kelly bar or a spindle passes through the cylindrical type output shaft 34 of an inside passing-through type earth auger. A cylindrical type sleeve 39 is coaxially fixed to the output shaft 34. A vertical groove 43 is formed over the overall length in the vertical direction of the sleeve 39. A horizontal groove 44 is formed at the sleeve 39 in the circumferential direction from halfway through the vertical groove 43. Keys 23 and 24 are provided by projecting into the outer circumference of the shaft body 19. In a state of fitting fit the keys 23 and 24 into the horizontal groove 44, a pin body 46 inserted in a crossing section between the vertical groove 43 to prevent the keys 23 and 24 from coming out is arranged.
