The sprung support (10, 11) includes a stretcher component (101) with a spiral spring (104) connected along it. The connection is such that the stretcher component runs outside the spiral spring, especially on its upper- or lower side. In an alternative construction, the stretcher component runs inside the cross section of the spiral spring. Spiral spring components cover outer sides of the sprung support, especially the upper and lower side. Further variants and details of construction are included.
