A display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve reliability of products by preventing the products from generating a failure during the operations of replacing and repairing components. A display apparatus includes a body(20), a display device(40), a device panel(50), a front cover(60), and a device drive substrate(70). The body receives a light source unit for irradiating light. The display device forms images using the light irradiated from the light source unit. The device panel receives the display device. The front cover is engaged with the body. The front cover is provided with a panel attaching and detaching portion. The panel attaching and detaching portion engages the device panel. The device drive substrate is engaged with the front cover to face the body. The device drive substrate is electrically connected to the display device.
