The method involves encoding and decoding data with an asymmetrical technique using at least one pair of public and private keys, providing at least one data medium carrying a private key associated with at least one useful data record or/and at least one database key, checking input access authorization by comparing received and stored data before encoding useful data with the private key and storing in the database, checking access authorization before reading out useful data from the database and decoding using the key on the data medium.
