A connection band and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce the connection band by stacking an inner polyethylene plate extruded from a polyethylene extruding machine onto an outer polyethylene plate and combining the inner and outer polyethylene plates into a single body. A manufacturing method of a connection band includes a step of arranging a mesh coil(300) serving as a heater onto an outer polyethylene plate(100) in a longitudinal direction, combining the mesh coil and the outer polyethylene plate into a single body, guiding the combination of the outer polyethylene plate and the heater by guide rollers(5), and cutting the combination into a predetermined length by a cutter(6); and a step of fixing a heater(400), a lead wire(500) and a terminal(501) onto the outer polyethylene plate in a transverse direction, guiding the resultant structure by a guide roller(30), and depositing an inner polyethylene plate(200) onto the outer polyethylene plate and allowing the resultant structure to pass molding rollers(40).
