PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display device, capable of displaying images on one face, as well, as displaying another image on the opposite face. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel comprises a first transparent substrate, having a first transparent electrode, a second transparent substrate having a reflecting electrode and a second transparent electrode inside a pixel, and a liquid crystal sandwiched between the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate, where the reflective electrode 21 and the second transparent electrode 23 in the pixel are insulated from each other and a voltage on the reflecting electrode 21 and the voltage on the second transparent electrode 23 are controlled independently of each other.
