PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsule containing a solid agrochemical active compound and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The microcapsule comprises a liquid drop, comprised of the solid agrochemical active compound suspended in an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of terpineol, dihydroterpineol, terpinyl acetate and dihydroterpinyl acetate, and a resin covering the same. The manufacturing method of the microcapsule comprises preparing a suspension of the solid agrochemical active compound by wet-grinding the solid agrochemical active compound in the organic solvent, subsequently preparing a liquid drop of the suspension in water by mixing the suspension with water, and then forming a coating of the resin around the liquid drop.
