<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed food comprising Inarizushi (a vinegared rice ball wrapped up in a bag of fried bean curd seasoned with sugar and soy sauce) inhibiting an eater from getting bored with ginger even when usually eating it, whose nutrients are effectively absorbed in her (his) body. <P>SOLUTION: The processed food comprising Inarizushi is obtained by addition of finely-cut red pickled ginger as an ingredient of the Inarizushi so as to promote health, improve poor circulation and/or prevent cancer through intake of the processed food, and cause no flavor deterioration even after frozen for storage or thawed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
