<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power when a notebook PC is not used or when the battery of the notebook PC is fully charged. <P>SOLUTION: When the battery runs short of power while the notebook PC is used, power is applied to an AC adaptor to supply power to the notebook PC.
