<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet for preventing an outer member comprising an elastic material from being elastically deformed, preventing the outer member from being removed from an inner member, and preventing the outer member from being removed from a panel along with the inner member after an installation to the panel. <P>SOLUTION: The grommet 1 includes a grommet body 5 comprising the elastic material, and an inner protector 6 comprising a synthetic resin. The grommet body 5 is attached to the inner protector 6, attached to the panel 2 along with the inner protector 6, and maintains a water-tightness between the panel 2. The grommet body 5 is provided with a parallel wall 10 along the panel 2.
