PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data receiving device for receiving transmission data transmitted from a data transmission device and returning a receipt result report according to the receiving result, in which relevant transmission data can be systematically managed. SOLUTION: This device comprises a control memory 22 having a communication management table storing information of transmission data which are already received; and a main control part 21 determining, based on the information stored in the communication management table, whether transmission data newly received are retransmission data of the received transmission data or initial transmission data different from the retransmission data.
