PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the luminosity of a phosphorescent or fluorescent pattern and facilitate execution work and specifically have excellent workability and economical property in a laminated material or a wall floor material with the phosphorescent or fluorescent pattern such as a refuge guiding mark or the like. SOLUTION: A planar glass layer 22, a decorative layer 21, and a foamed glass layer 23 are laminated in sequence in the laminated material. The planar glass layer comprises a planar glass with high transmissibity. The decorative layer with the phosphorescent or fluorescent pattern is formed on one surface of the planar glass layer 22 and the foamed glass layer is laminated on the surface of the decorative layer to form the laminated material 2'. A decorative plate 2 formed of the suitably sized laminated material or the like is embedded in a recessed groove 31 with the pattern visible or is fixed to a base plate by integral forming to form the wall floor material 1.
