PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene-based copolymer having excellent transparency, rigidity, surface hardness, heat resistance, heat-sealability, blocking resistance, bleeding out resistance and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The propylene-based copolymer is characterized by the following items: (a) containing 95-99.5 mol% propylene unit and 0.5-5 mol% ethylene unit; (b) having≥90.0% triad tacticity of a propylene unit chain part composed of a head-to-tail bond and measured by a<SP>13</SP>C-NMR, (c) having≥0.5% proportion of a position irregular unit based on 2,1-insertion of a propylene monomer in the whole insertion of the propylene, and≤0.05% proportion of position irregular unit based on 1,3-insertion of the propylene monomer, measured by the<SP>13</SP>C-NMR; and (d) having 0.1-12 dL/g intrinsic viscosity measured in decalin at 135°C.
