PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage detector having a common communication line with a simplified configuration thereby reducing costs. SOLUTION: A low-voltage line CPU 30 transmits a detection instruction including an assignment of one address among a plurality of blocks B<SB>1</SB>-B<SB>m</SB>. The detection instruction is branched by a transmitting bus line BL<SB>t</SB>for concurrently transmitting to a plurality of voltage detector circuits 11-1m. When an address assigned by the detection instruction received from the low-voltage line CPU 30 by the plurality of voltage detector circuits 11-1m is the self-address, both-end output voltages of unit cells C<SB>11</SB>-C<SB>mn</SB>are detected and the detected results are transmitted to the low-voltage line CPU 30.
