PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and user-friendly air conditioning ventilator without using an opening/closing motor. SOLUTION: A shutter assembly 16 has an air supply opening part 17a and an exhaust opening part 17b formed therein, and has a rail 17e formed to bend at a right angle at the upper part thereof. The shutter assembly 16 is equipped with: a base body 17 including a gear 17d fixed to a rotatable shaft 17c at a central part in a lower part by an E-ring 21; a rack part 19a to which the gear 17d engages from above is formed by bending a lower part at a right angle toward the front; an air supply shutter 19 which is guided by a rail 17e and includes an operation knob 19b at a lower right hand end seen from the front of the air conditioning ventilator 1, for opening and closing the air supply opening part 17a of the base body 17; a rack part 20a at a lower part engaging with the gear 17d from above; and an exhaust shutter 20 for opening and closing the exhaust opening part 17b of the base body 17.
