PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent formation of a clearance between members fastened to each other with a grommet, for a long time. SOLUTION: This grommet is made of a synthetic resin, a shaft portion 21 of a male part 2 is completely pressed into a barrel portion 11 after inserting the barrel portion 11 of a female part 1 into holes H for the grommet communicated with each other, thus the barrel portion 11 of the female part 1 is elastically deformed outside, and the separation of members P, P' having the holes H for grommet is prevented. At least a part of an outer face portion of the barrel portion 11 of the female part 1 is formed as a displacement preventing face portion 11f composed of a plurality of projecting portions and recessed portions formed between the projecting portions continued in the direction around the barrel portion 11, and the displacement preventing face portion 11f is formed by forcibly drawing out a molding die opened toward the longitudinal direction of the barrel portion 11.
