PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably retain a space for carrying out a maintenance work for a running body or a belt conveyer. SOLUTION: A guide rail 22 extended in the right and left directions is installed on respective conveyer supporting beams 3A of a main body frame 2 and a scaffolding member 27 is set on respective rail members 23 of the guide rail 22 to make the single scaffolding member 27 movable to a housing position along the rail members 23 and between the left working position and the right working position. When a maintenance work is not carried out for appliances 12 disposed on the main body frame 2, the scaffolding member 27 is held in the housing position, so that the scaffolding member 27 can be housed on the main body frame 2, which is in the lower side of a building 11. Accordingly, when a maintenance work is carried out for a running body 6, a belt conveyer 15, or the like installed in the lower side of the main body frame 2, a wide working space in both right and left sides of the main body frame 2 can be reliably retained.
