Disclosed is a system for providing individual state information to a mobile terminal for a call connection waiting time, comprising: an information transmission control server that inquires of one or more state information provision servers in which state information set by a service subscriber is stored about the state information and receives the inquired state information from the one or more state information provision server; and a state information service server that is in interlocking with an exchanger of a mobile communication network and transmits the inquired state information to a counterpart's terminal of the service subscriber according to a state information provision request for the call connection waiting time for the service subscriber of the exchanger.
