<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode paste with which a laminated ceramic element having high reliability can be produced while suppressing deterioration in characteristics of the laminated ceramic element to be produced, and to provide a method of producing the laminated ceramic element employing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode paste (conductive paste) 22 contains Ag as a main metal component; and further contains a solvent, a binder and an additive made of WO<SB>3</SB>. Thus, when the electrode paste 22 is used for manufacture of a piezoelectric actuator 10, an additive agent WO<SB>3</SB>bonds with the Ag of the main metal component in the electrode paste 22 in baking to form a composite. In this way, since the main metal component of the electrode paste remains in an electrode layer, the situation can be suppressed that the main metal component is diffused in a dielectric layer or remains in an interface between the dielectric layer and the electrode layer. According to this conductive paste, the laminated ceramic element having high reliability can be produced while suppressing the deterioration in the laminated ceramic element to be produced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
